I got your receipt from the hotel reception so I believe all was OK. The cell phone was left in the front compartment, fortunately we didn't have to use it! Name: Gillian Martin and David Payne	Dear Kenrick,   Just to thank you very much for the eight week rental of the Suzuki Grand Vitara and your kindness in helping us with our luggage on both arrival and departure which was very much appreciated.   The car was immaculately presented to us and gave us no trouble whatsoever.   We hope to be staying in Tobago again now we are retired and have more time - possibly three months from January 2008 onwards and we will certainly return to Charmaine and yourself.   Perhaps you could give us some idea a the models available and prices for the three month stay.  Must have air conditioning, automatic gearbox and an engine capacity to cope with the hills.   Once again, a huge thank you and I will write a report about KCNN on www.mytobago.info very soon.   U.K. Kind regards, Gillian Martin and David Payne   Added: April 8, 2007

Name: Steve	Dear Charmaine, I hope you found the car OK on Thursday. We had to go to the airport earlier than we had thought because our flight was cancelled! We were taken to the Hilton overnight. I tried to contact you on your mobile but there was no answer. We eventually got home on Saturday evening 36 hours late.    Thanks for the replacement mobile phone which I was able to use OK. I left it in the glove box. Thanks too for your excellent personal service which was much appreciated, especially showing us the way to our resort when we were so tired after being delayed by over 10 hours!
